"I absolutely fell in love with the rosegold zara chair, unfortunately it was sold out. I got the champagne gold in it's place and it's just as nice. It's just as cozy as the expensive retailer selling a similar chair. It fits perfectly with my Alex style desk/vanity. The box was VERY dented up (no fault of IV, I'm sure), so I was a little worried, but it came well packaged. I am however only leaving 4 stars due to customer service. For a company who puts sponsored ads on facebook, instagram...among other social media outlets, I feel they should be just as quick to answer customer inquiries as they advertise on facebook. Yes, I could have called their customer service line when my item didn't ship for a good week (from being out of stock, and them not informing me) but I work their business hours so it was next to impossible to get a hold of them. I still feel I shouldn't have had to chase them down to recieve my order. Overall, great quality, good deal...but please hire someone on the social media side of things. Every beauty company I shop with has no issues doing it via email or social media. I hope you decide to get on board, because I'll be more inclined to to shop more to complete my beauty room!"
