Love some aspects, don’t love certain aspects
"Was excited for this chair as it matches my room. I love the velvet texture and color in person. For a chair with a price point of over $100, I expected more quality wise. . The silver mirrored looking base had some scratches but that wasn’t a big deal to me. However, the seat itself was glued on off center and not straight. Didn’t realize this before I put it together as again, I expected more. The tufted “buttons” on back seem sturdy enough besides 1 seems like it could come off. The stitching seems good besides the bottom where it seems a little tight/not enough fabric possibly. The hydraulic lift base can be finicky when you set it to the highest level, but personally with an IKEA Alex desk I don’t need it to be the highest level. However, If I were using this for hair for example I’d have to get a different one. Overall, I love the shape of the chair and the color. It is comfortable and the swivel is smooth. The velvet is gorgeous. I contacted customer service by phone the day I got the chair (a week ago) to ask if the movement at certain levels was normal and I was told to “send a video of yourself in the chair and it moving”. Uh, no. So I sent a video of the chair wobbling by moving it with my hand a bit instead. I never received anything back. I’m at the point where returning it would be more of a hastle than worth. Don’t know if the chair will last but I hope so!! I just hoped for more from this company and probably will not be purchasing the vanity I was going to. I included pictures of the seat with my camera straight on to show it’s crooked. I know others may not have had the same experience, but I still wanted to write a review like this for anyone else especially for the price."

One for my daughters IMPRESSIONS VANITY, which we LOVE!!!!!!!!! . I put mine in my salon (I got the gold one ) . Been following this company for over a decade. There’s no better company out there then this company when it comes to VANITIES, Mirrors , and other accessories you need if your a dance or cheer competitors,a model , makeup-artist, lash artist etc. they have everything to make your travels easier. This is the officual OG of vanities. Do not hesitate to buy anything on this sight because you won’t be disappointed"
