"I ordered a Hello Kitty makup mirror for my girlfriend to surprise her because she had recently broken hers. After getting the mirror in the mail and unpacking it we found it to be broken. I emailed customer service and within a few hours got a response. After a few correspondence the staff I delt with were very very professional and resolved the problem and mailed out a replacement. I was extremely happy with the way things wete handeled and my girlfriend loves the mirror. Thank you again for the amazing customer service and quick resolution."
