Social Media Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities include:

Create engaging video/photo social media content for TikTok, Pinterest and more
Comfortable with capturing, editing, and being on set/in front of the camera for social media content
Support the marketing team on brand campaign activations, strategy and more
Contribute to team ideas for engaging social content
Research target audiences, current and new industry trends
Track and report on social media performance
Collaborate with customer service and social media teams to understand customer experience

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of TikTok and Pinterest and other social media platforms
Understand the beauty/lifestyle industry and millennial culture
Knowledge of video and image editing software (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop/Adobe Premiere, Canva, InShot, TikTok platform editor)
Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
Willing to accept creative feedback and constructive criticism
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
